Our video-based telepsychiatry meets patients needs for convenient, affordable and readily-accessible mental health services. Advanced TMS Center uses a medical version of Zoom which is fully private and secure, and complies with HIPAA regulations. Patients are sent a unique meeting ID and password that rotates daily. Cheerful staff members personally greet patients on Zoom video, then move them to private Zoom meeting rooms with their doctors. Patient confidentiality is preserved at all times during video sessions, with high quality audio and accessible technology.

Telehealth Instructions
We use an advanced, very secure medical Zoom for online audio/video visits. A new meeting ID and unique password is generated each day. Admission to the zoom call is personally controlled by helpful and cheerful staff. Any questions for the staff or your doctor can be answered on Zoom, so please join the Zoom meeting 15 minutes before your appointment time. You will get a secure email with your zoom link, on our paperless Airslate platform. Airslate lets you securely send us documents, camera images, and to legally digitally sign forms.
If you have not received a zoom link 30 minutes prior to your appointment time, please call us at 949-768-2988. You can also go to zoom.us and click “join meeting,” entering the meeting ID and password we provide. Any smartphone, ipad or computer can be used for your televisit. Be sure to activate your camera and microphone on your device, and call with any problems. The Zoom app can also be installed on your device.
The Airslate email includes any required paperwork, including consent forms for medication or information releases. For TMS, you will get psychological testing forms via Airslate, to track your symptoms and treatment response. After signing documents, you should get a link to offer you a free Airslate account. If you sign up for this, then any documents you save will stay in your secure portal for our to access, download or print anytime.
After your telehealth ends, you can exit the meeting, or stay on to set your next appointment. If you don’t call us, we may need to call you to collect your copayment or schedule a followup visit.
